What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, we’ll refund any balance you’ve paid (the 50% deposit is non-refundable).

How does delivery and pickup work?
We’ll deliver the kit to you 2–3 days before your event and collect it afterwards. When you book, just share your pickup details with us, and we’ll confirm everything with you before the big day.

When will I get my recordings?
After your event, the kit will be collected by courier. As soon as it’s back with us, we’ll start preparing your recordings — the quicker it returns, the sooner we can share your memories with you.

Can I post the kit back myself?
Your booking includes courier pickup — it’s the easiest and most reliable way to return the kit.
Posting it back is possible, though less convenient. If you’d like to go this route, we can provide a prepaid return label. You’ll just need to drop the kit at an Australia Post office within 2 business days of your event.
